Cancellation Rights

You have the legitimate option to return the product or products for change of mind without any explanation inside of 14 days of receipt of your order. The item must be in original condition as received by you. We can arrange collection of it at your expense and risk or you have to return the item at your expense and risk, as per decided by the resolution team. We will inform you of the process accordingly.

Refunds

The refund will be applied in 1-5 days of items received and inspected by the team and it will be applied via original payment method. It might take a few days to credit back to your account, depending on your payment organisation.
